Was never informed by staff that the hotel was going to shut off all water on Saturday Sept 19, and I had a very important appointment that afternoon and was unable to shower or use the bathroom at all. Overall very nice hotel with indoor pool.

Not the best area but nice facility. It was close to where we were shopping.

The continental breakfast had something for everyone and all of the hotel staff was extremely helpful with directions to all the popular attractions available and other helpful hints about the area. We stayed here on route to the mountains. It's just off the I70. The room was large with small refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the whole room was very clean. Breakfast was good, waffles, pastries as well as biscuits and gravy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Makes a great stop-over place. ...read more

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, smelled good and were warm. Almost like home. The continental breakfast was great, we did have to cook for and serve ourselves, but the staff there ensured that we had everything we needed and more. ...read more

Had a great stay at this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing worked and most of the staff did not seem to care.
The wireless internet never worked in the 4 days I was there.

We were well accommodated, the continental breakfast was better than most and the pool was large and clean. Overall I would stay at this hotel, or chain of hotels again.
